At Rasoi by TSN, we strive to ensure that our customers receive the best quality food and service. Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully to understand our procedures.
1. Order Cancellations by Customer
Food preparation begins shortly after an order is placed. Therefore:
- You can cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it without any charges, provided the restaurant has not started preparing the order.
- Cancellations requested after the 5-minute window or after preparation has started will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Order Cancellations by Rasoi by TSN
We reserve the right to cancel your order under the following circumstances:
- Unavailability of items ordered.
- Failure to contact you by phone or email at the time of confirming the order booking.
- Failure to deliver your order due to lack of information, direction, or authorization from you at the time of delivery.
- Unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather, natural disasters, or other conditions preventing delivery.
In the event we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund if the payment was made online.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be processed in the following situations:
- Pre-paid Order Cancellations: If your order is successfully cancelled within the allowed timeframe.
- Quality Issues / Incorrect Orders: If the delivered food is spoiled, incorrect, or missing items. You must report this to us within 1-2 hours of receiving the order, along with photographic evidence. Subject to verification, we may issue a partial or full refund, or offer a replacement.
- Delivery Failure: If we are unable to deliver the order due to our fault.
4. Refund Process and Timeline
All eligible refunds for online payments will be processed back to the original method of payment (e.g., Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI via Razorpay).
Please note that while we initiate the refund immediately upon confirmation, it may take 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.
