At Rasoi by TSN, we are committed to delivering your meals fresh and hot. This policy outlines our delivery procedures and terms.
We currently deliver within a specified radius from our restaurant location in Rooma, Kanpur. Please enter your address or PIN code during the checkout process to verify if you fall within our serviceable delivery zone. If your location is outside our area, you may still opt for takeaway/pickup.
Our delivery services are available during our regular operating hours. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout based on your location and the current order volume.
While we always strive to deliver your food within the estimated timeframe (usually 30-45 minutes), please understand that factors beyond our control, such as heavy traffic, severe weather conditions, or unforeseen delays at the restaurant during peak hours, may affect the actual delivery time.
A nominal delivery fee may apply depending on the distance from our restaurant to your delivery address and the total order value.
All applicable delivery charges will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before you make the payment. Occasionally, we may offer free delivery promotions on orders exceeding a certain amount.
Once your order is confirmed and dispatched from our kitchen, you may receive updates regarding its status. Our delivery personnel will attempt to contact you on the phone number provided at checkout when they arrive at your location.
Please ensure that you provide accurate address details, including any landmarks or building instructions, to help us deliver promptly.
If we are unable to deliver your order due to incorrect address information, unavailability of the customer at the address, or failure to answer our calls upon arrival, the order will be marked as cancelled. In such cases, refunds may not be processed, as the food cannot be reused.
